Leaf T-Nut

Leaf T-nuts are aluminum-profile accessories commonly used for assembling industrial aluminum frames. They act like a nut with an internal thread and are shaped to match aluminum profile slots for convenient assembly.

The elastic leaf/spring design helps press the nut against the slot wall to improve grip and reduce drop-out during assembly, especially when the profile is tilted or vertical.

Materials

Commonly made from aluminum, steel, or stainless steel, and can also be produced in other materials:

• Carbon steel: strong and durable; zinc/nickel plating improves corrosion resistance and appearance.
• Stainless steel (SUS304, 316): excellent corrosion resistance for humid/outdoor environments (food, chemical, medical, marine).
• Aluminum alloy: lightweight with mild corrosion resistance; useful when weight reduction is important.
