Anti-Rotation Hidden Bracket (Double-End)

Double-end anti-rotation hidden brackets are aluminum-profile accessories widely used for assembling industrial aluminum frame systems. The bracket features two threaded ends that match the aluminum profile slot geometry for convenient assembly.

Anti-rotation teeth help it bite into the slot wall, creating a strong connection and preventing rotation. The bracket is pressed into the profile slot to form reliable double-end threads for secure assembly.

Materials

Commonly made from steel and stainless steel, and can also be produced in other materials:

• Carbon steel: high hardness and strength; zinc/nickel plating is often used to improve appearance and corrosion resistance.
• Stainless steel (SUS304, 316): excellent corrosion resistance, suitable for humid/outdoor environments and industries like food, chemical, medical, and marine.
• Aluminum alloy: lightweight with mild corrosion resistance; useful when weight reduction matters (aviation, automotive, etc.).
• Copper: sometimes required for special applications (electronics or anti-static requirements) due to good ductility and machinability.
