Product Description
Self-clinching studs (also known as press-in studs, PEM studs, or external-thread clinching studs) are designed to be pressed into thin sheet metal to create a durable external thread without welding.
They can be made from carbon steel, steel, or stainless steel (SUS304). Selecting the right size depends on sheet thickness, material, and hardness. Installation is done by stamping/pressing with dedicated tooling, helping reduce processing time and overall cost.
