Internal Thread Self-Clinching Standoff
Internal-thread self-clinching standoff (press-in standoff) for thin sheet metal. Improves assembly speed and reduces fabrication cost.
Product Description
Internal-thread self-clinching standoffs (also called press-in standoffs, blind standoffs, PEM standoffs) are widely used in sheet metal fabrication such as equipment enclosures, control cabinets, and network boxes.
They can be made from carbon steel, steel, or stainless steel. These fasteners are designed to be installed in thin sheet metal (e.g., 1–3 mm) by stamping/pressing with dedicated tooling, improving assembly efficiency while reducing manufacturing cost.
